1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging HCCS for human resources consultancy, work pass processing, or outsourced HR services, you agree to bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
HCCS provides strategic HR consulting, payroll administration, recruitment support, and advisory services concerning Singapore employment laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Our advice is based on current laws and guidelines, which are subject to change.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for HCCS to perform its services. For work pass applications, the Client is responsible for ensuring all candidate documents are authentic. HCCS is not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or delayed information.
4. Confidentiality
Both HCCS and the Client agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, employee financial data, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement, surviving the termination of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
While HCCS strives for the highest standards of accuracy and advocacy, we do not guarantee approvals from government bodies (e.g., MOM work pass approvals). HCCS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental business losses arising from our services.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices for consulting retainers and ad-hoc services are payable within the timeframe stipulated on the invoice. HCCS reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
