HCCS ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data in the course of providing human resources consultancy, work pass processing, and payroll services.

2. Collection of Personal Data

In the course of engaging our services, we may collect personal data such as, but not limited to, NRIC/FIN, passport details, employment history, resumes, educational qualifications, salary details, and contact information. We collect this data only when necessary and with your explicit or deemed consent.

3. Purpose of Collection

We collect your personal data primarily to facilitate the services you have engaged us for. This includes processing visa and work pass applications with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), administering payroll and CPF contributions, providing HR advisory services, and facilitating recruitment processes.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

To fulfill our service obligations, we may disclose your personal data to relevant Singapore government agencies (e.g., MOM, CPF Board, IRAS). We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing entities.

5. Data Security & Retention

We enact strict security protocols to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business or legal purposes for which it was collected.
