Florence Ker is a strategic, results-driven HR executive and trusted people advisor with over 25 years of leadership experience across listed companies, multinational corporations, and SMEs. She specializes in start-ups, business transformation, and regional workforce leadership across Southeast Asia and China-linked enterprises.
